Dimitri graduated from the University of Colorado in Denver (USA) with a degree in Economics, also Dimitri has a degree in Foreign Languages from the Moscow State University. Since 1999 — Deputy Director of Sales, NTV+.

Dimitri joined the consulting industry in 2001 as Director of Business Development in one of the largest consulting companies in Russia. Since 2002 he has been in charge of the Production Industry sector where he has implemented hundreds of projects for search and recruitment of senior and middle managers for industrial and mining companies. Over 9 years of his work, the number of projects completed by Dimitry's department increased more than 5 times.

In Jacobson Partners, Dimitri has combined cutting-edge consulting technologies with individual approach to each client. Such principles of work enable challenging most complex and innovative projects.

Antonio Gutierres

Antonio graduated from the Faculty of Geography in the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1992 with a degree in Physical Geography of Foreign Countries and was trained as Interpreter.

He started his professional career in 1993 in Mars, Inc. For several years, Antonio held various positions in sales, and in 1997 he became Head of Sales Training.

In 2001, Antonio joined the HR Department where he was Deputy Director responsible for training and development of employees of Mars CIS.

In 2006, Antonio was appointed Director of Corporate University/Candidate Pool in Mars CIS. In this position, he was in charge of developing a system of training and development within the global initiative of the Mars University and building internal HR processes affecting the formation of the company candidate pool, its organizational and management efficiency, quality of line management, motivation and involvement of employees.

In 2009, Antonio was invited to join the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo as Sales Director where he was responsible for sales strategy and building relationships with current and potential clients of the School in domestic and international markets.

In 2012-2013 Antonio was in charge of Organizational Efficiency practice in Talent Performance Consulting Division of Ward Howell.

He is a member of the Association of Independent Directors of Russia and consults shareholders and senior management of a number of companies in Russia and CIS countries on HR management.

Main specialization: development and implementation of HR strategies, development of leadership potential and talents, development and optimization of organizational structures, introduction of KPI systems, establishment of corporate universities, coaching and mentoring, development of top management of companies and others.

Julia Sharova has a degree in HR Management. She has worked in the field of Executive Search since 2004. Prior to joining Jacobson Partners she had worked in some of top 10 largest senior management recruitment agencies.

Kirill Petrunkin
Kirill Petrunkin

Kirill graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute with a degree in CAD Process Engineering in 2005, and he also received a degree in Financial Management from the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2009.

Since 2006 Kirill teaches a course of Simulation of Mathematical and Technical Systems at the Moscow Aviation Institute.

In 2007-2008, Kirill was Sales and Marketing Controller at LONMADI (JCB Russia). He was responsible for analysis and development of motivation for sales teams, development of planning and control of sales, preparation and arrangement of the Board of Directors.

Since 2008, Kirill has been employed in the Master Association, where he began his career as Head of Production Automation and Management Audit.

Currently Kirill is Vice President of the Association for Strategic Projects. He is also responsible for the entire logistics hub of the Association. Among Kirill's achievements are development of a management system for six companies of the group (manufacturing and transportation assets), and asset optimization.

In 2009-2012 Kirill supervised foreign trade activities, including organization of international supplies of equipment and services for all companies of the group (from negotiations and formation of the control system up to the execution of contracts).

In 2010-2014 Kirill was Director of Autotechnoimport, which is one of the companies of the Association. As part of the management of the company, Kirill was responsible for development of the business strategy, development of the company and M&A projects, and building the branch network. Over three years under Kirill’s management the company became leader in the logistics market of finished vehicles. Currently, Kirill is a member of the Board of Directors of Autotechnoimport.

Also, Kirill is the first member representing Russia in the Board of Directors of the European Car Group (ECG).

Vadim Tumbakov

Vadim graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University, majoring in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics. He has worked in the field of recruitment since 2005. He was in charge of IT/Telecom and Industrial practices in largest recruitment agencies in Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow.

Main specialization: IT/Telecom, Manufacturing, Energy, Construction, Retail, E-commerce, HR. Pavel Toropygin

Pavel graduated from the Moscow State University of Economics and Statistics with a degree in Finance and Credit.

In 1995-2010, he worked in Mars Corporation, where he started his career in Sales. In April 2000, he joined the HR Department, where he successively held the positions of Training Manager, Manager for Internal Communications, and Manager for Staff Efficiency Management.

In 2006, Pavel was offered to take the position of HR Director in Mars Ukraine. He was responsible for development of HR strategy, restructuring of HR function, organizational development, outsourcing of non-core functions, development of internal policies and procedures, development of leadership and talents, development of the company management staff, staff training and development, and others.

In 2010, Pavel returned to Moscow and accepted an offer from the pharmaceutical company Teva to join the HR Department as its Director. Over two years with the company, Pavel completed several projects in the field of HR, organizational efficiency and talent management, and provided support for M&A transactions.

Since 2013, Pavel manages various projects for development and implementation of staff grading systems, compensation and benefits programs, long-term motivation programs for top management, development of staff assessment and development tools, competency models for a variety of Russian and international companies.

Main specialization: organizational design, staff performance management, leadership development, talent management, development of incentive systems, corporate culture, mentoring and coaching, development and implementation of HR strategy.
 

Maria Guschina

Maria has a degree in Information and Measuring Equipment and Technologies and Business Economics in Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University. She also has an International Certificate in Staff Management from the School of Administration at the Moscow State University. She has worked in the field of staff management since 2006. She started her career in the field of recruitment in leading recruitment agencies in Moscow. Since 2010, she was engaged in selection, training and development of staff in the largest media holding company and she was employed  as Talent manager in one of the TOP 5 communication agencies.

He started his career as a researcher and progressed up to the Head of Recruitment Department in a large insurance company.
