Main Responsibilities
- Management of entrusted branch;
- Development of actions to improve the efficiency of financial and economic performance of the branch;
- Assurance of planned growth in sales in the target area;
- Development of strategy of the branch;
- Opening of new outlets and rebranding of old outlets;
- Increase of market share.
Requirements
- University degree;
- Over 3 years’ experience as CEO or Deputy CEO in major trading companies;
- Experience in managing a large retail chain.
Terms
Basic salary + annual and quarterly performance bonuses + benefits package.
