Main Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of HR strategies;
- Operational management of HR Department;
- Participation in optimization of organizational structure of the managing company;
- Participation in development and introduction of a system for assessing efficiency of key employees;
- Control over executive search, creation of external and internal talent pool for key positions.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably advanced training in the field of personnel management;
- Knowledge of modern HR technologies;
- Over 5 years’ experience of work as HR Director in major industrial, preferably agro-industrial companies;
- Expert knowledge of selection, adaptation, assessment of personnel with proven track-record of successfully completed projects.
Terms
Salary to be discussed based on interviews. Basic salary + bonus. Benefit package as per the Labour Code.
