Major successful online project seeks Sales Director.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales to corporate customers;
  • Sales through own retail network;
  • Sales through call-center;
  • On-line sales;
  • Meeting plans for sales as per the strategy;
  • NPS level company-wise;
  • Reduction of % costs for Sales Directorate from marginal profit.

Requirements

  • B2B experience with sales team of 30 people;
  • Experience of successful implementation of CRM system;
  • Establishment of sales through active calls (cold selling);
  • Retail experience in a company with 10 outlets is preferred;
  • Call center experience in implementing CRM, telephony, basic understanding of call-center of 100 people;
  • On-line – good understanding of basic of on-line trading, experience in launching Internet projects;
  • Pro-activeness, determination, constant drive to develop and grow;
  • Highly structured, love to work with numbers;
  • Desire to achieve ambitious goals, continue to grow and evolve with new challenges;
  • Desire to get paid from the profits of the company, i.e. from actual performance;
  • Desire to work in an energetic, ambitious, friendly team;
  • Understanding key customer needs and basics of building the sales team.

Terms

Basic salary + annual and quarterly bonuses and share in company's net profit + benefits package.
